Podium Envision by LendLease

The ‘Evolution’ of Podium Envision

https://podium.io/

The most recent edition of the Podium Envision platform. Overtime we learned that the software needed to be flexible rather than rigid for the user. The linear approach was thought to be restrictive even though Development Managers traditionally do things in a linear approach. Through this realisation and learning via testing, we quantified that the need for a top level horizontal navigation, sub navigation and left and right panels were open for better work solution for the Development Manager. Being able to switch to different areas of the users journey at any time rather than do a ‘wizard’ work stream proved the best way forward and has been a real winner for the broader organisation and it’s users.
